View from the room is stunning. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Food portions were very disappointing (dinner and room service) and standard of the breakfast buffet was below par (although the omelettes were excellent).

Hakone Hotel is very convenient - so close to the bus stop. Our room has a beautiful view of the lake. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and kids friendly.

“It was stylish and open.”
It is not far from Hakone Shrine. The building is stylish and has a sense of openness with large windows facing the ashinoko. On the other hand, the harbor is right next door, and the view from the painting and the ship was a concern as the ship seemed to be coming toward us. There were free drinks in the lounge for guests only, and there was a wide variety. The staff was also very helpful there. There were no body creams or other amenities in the room, and for this grade, the balance was delicate? I felt that the balance of the room was not so good for this grade.
