Hotel a bit old. Meals served in the room very troublesome having to wake up half an hour earlier in the morning for them to keep the tatami n set table (same for after dinner to clear n set the tatami). Most staff are friendly but this particular staff

不過酒店地圖指示不清楚，從登山電車去，落錯左右閘門便要等下班車，穿過電車才可到對面月台，加上路口沒有指示，很容易錯過入口，我們就是這樣原來只需五分鐘，找了大半個小時才到

一家三口定了带早晚餐的和式房，屋子很大很不错，服务也很热情，温泉也挺好，不过露天温泉不能看到星空。。。饮食有点吃不惯，交通就在车站旁边，但从箱根汤本坐车上山要好久，建议时间紧的还是住汤本吧，毕竟那里交通方便的多。环境很不错，

酒店很大，在山上，中强罗的左边下缆车，要不你会很浪费时间如果在右边下车的话，这个酒店的房间，餐，还有服务都好的很，最好的就是中强罗的温泉，特别好，是全箱根最好的温泉的所在地，怀石料理和早餐都很美好，还有茶桌是地热，一切都美好，早上有富士山，中午有小雨，晚上有温泉，真是不想走啊
