We had a great stay at the Fujiyama. The staff was wonderful in every area and we enjoyed the overall ambiance. Food and service were tops. Only small criticism is that the Men's spa area was cramped.

４月から２年半にて耐震を含めてリニューアルするとのことで、その前に急ぎ宿泊。従業員の方から食事まですべて大満足でした。特にＢＡＲのバーテンダー（女性）の方は、私どものつまらない会話に明るくお付き合いして頂き、愉しいひと時でした。百数十年の歴史を考えての設備を除けばすべて満点です。リニューアル後を楽しみに、またお世話になりに伺います。

四月から改装期間に入るということで、兼ねてから泊まってみたかったので宿泊しました。歴史ある展示物や文化財などあり、建物を探索するだけでも楽しいです。新しくてキレイなホテルがいい方には向いてないかもしれませんが…。

男性の共同風呂は非常に狭い。 老舗らしく建物は素晴らしい。 スタッフの差が激しい。 とても良いサービスのスタッフと、老舗に胡坐をかいている感を漂わせるスタッフがいたのは残念。

花御殿には前から興味があったのに、今ひとつ尻込みしていたのは、昭和１０年築だから。でも一度は泊まってみたい興味が勝り、今回のスイート利用となりました。ばらのお部屋の羨望は文句なく素晴らしく、掃除もゆきとどいてはいましたが、やはり予想通り部屋はカビ臭く、滞在中はずっと持参したお香を切れ目なく焚いてました。プールと大浴場も利用させて貰いましたが、ここも全く部屋と同じで、掃除はゆきとどいているけど、古さは否めないかなと言う感じでした。スタッフは皆様きびきびと働いてらして、とても好感が持てたので、ハードの管理面にもう一工夫あれば良いのに、と感じました。

建物の雰囲気、店員、食事は大変満足。大衆浴場は外国人向けホテルと考えれば力を入れないという意味で妥当だけど、狭いので注意。残念な点はベッドまで古いとは思わず、寝心地は良くなかったところと壁が薄いため隣の部屋の音がよく聞こえるところ。

ずっと前から一度は泊まりたい憧れのホテルでした。 ホテル内を歩くだけで、様々な美術品や貴重な品々にふれ合え、ホテルに居ながら美術館に来ているようでした！ フロントやレストランのサービスも良く、親切かつおもてなしの気持ちが伝わってくる心地よいサービスでした。お部屋もウエスタンスタイルでありながら、和の雰囲気もあり過ごしやすかったです。 唯一気になったのは、大浴場がホテルの規模に対して小さめなことです。女性の洗い場が７人分しかないので、夕食後の時間はとても混雑していたのでゆっくりしていられない雰囲気で、もう少し広かったらなぁと感じました。 でも、老舗ホテルの味はあるのでそんなに気になりません！浴室にタオルが用意されているのはとても便利でした！飲料水、アメニティも充実していました。

今回はゆっくりお庭を散策。 とてものんびりと優雅な気分に浸れました。 食事もおいしくいただけたし、温泉は気持ちいいし、またゆっくり解きたいなあと思っています。

花御殿に泊まるのは３回目だったのですが、以前よりもテレビや空気清浄機など、ちょっとずつ新しく快適になっていました。ただ、エアコンは部屋の広さに比べて威力が小さいような・・・。なかなか快適な温度まではいきません。天井が高いので、仕方ないのかも。 朝食は菊華荘での和食に変えていただきましたが、温かいものは温かく…で美味しかったです。 ただ、夕食のダイニングでのフレンチは、なんとなくすべて冷めていたり、年齢的に薄味好みになった私でさえ、ひと味足りないと感じるコクの無さ。巷では最高と言われているフレンチだけに、なんとなく納得がいきませんでした。私が安い味に慣れてしまっていると言われれば、それまでですが。以前はもう少し美味しかったような…。「伝統の味」に理解ができなくてすみません。でも、何かが足りないんです。 建物自体はとても素敵なので、「歴史と伝統を楽しむ場所」だと思いました。

クラシックホテルを堪能してきました。 施設を維持管理されていく苦労がよくわかります。感謝感謝です。ありがたいことです。 １６時から館内案内をしていただきましたが、大変勉強になりました。富士屋の歴史がよくわかりました。 夕食はダイニングでいただきましたが、料理がおいしいことに加え、従業員の対応も素晴らしく満足できました。また、朝食を和食にしましたが、旧御用邸での食事、至れり尽くせりでした。 ただ、温泉は期待しないことにしましょう。温泉を期待していくと、がっかりします。本当に。

館内案内ツアーを楽しみにしていましたが休前日は実施しないとのこと、残念でした。夕食は大変おいしくいただきましたが、デザートはもう少しさっぱりしたもののほうが良かったです。 部屋はゆったりとしていて、またスタッフの方の応対も大変親切で満足しました。

歴史のある洋館のホテルで、建物は立派でした。 部屋も４４平米と広く、とても快適でした。 建具が少し傷んでいましたが、問題はありませんでした。 職員の方のサービスも、お客様本位で、素晴らしかったです。 また、泊りに行きたいです。

“luxury hotel”
As a luxury hotel, everything was excellent, and I was very satisfied with the room, breakfast, and lounge. Too bad the hot spring with a view is not a free-flowing hot spring.
