The best overall staff I have experienced at any hotel. They are the true stars of this ryokan, with team members from across the globe. I thoroughly enjoyed having on our own onsen on our deck. This was a mother/daughter trip and we leave this hotel with

“Exceptional”
Absolutely the most romantic experience we could have hoped for. This was for our honeymoon and we stayed in a Kaze no Tachi room with the en suite Onsen. Breakfast and dinner kaiseki were delicious, and so filling that we didn't need to eat lunch. I'm 5'3
