A Hakone Yumoto Hot Springs Resort ryokan. All the Kaze no Tachi guestrooms feature an included open-air bath. Guests can also enjoy the feeling of the seasons in the large communal bath, featuring an open atmosphere with no partition between the indoor and outdoor baths. Local cuisine made from the fruits of the sea and the mountains will also be awaiting you.
In addition, guests can also savor an exceptional luxury in the three private open-air baths: the "Ano Yu," "Uno Yu," or "Rano Yu." Be surrounded by the abundant nature of Hakone and enjoy the sunset of the Hakone Yunomoto Hot Springs countryside and the stars of the heavens. We were hoping for a traditional Japanese experience and were not disappointed! We arrived in the beautiful mountain town of Hakone by train. It was a short, scenic walk to the hotel. The walk was steep but they do provide a free shuttle as an option.
