I would like to visit again.”
It was a very beautiful place to stay, but I wished I had told them ahead of time that it was a long walk to the bathrooms because we had an elderly person there. The staff was very pleasant and I would like to visit again.
Traveling alone with grandchildren”
I wanted to stay near the Hakone ropeway and chose this hotel. It is only 3-4 minutes from the station, so I think it is very convenient. The inside of the hotel was clean and seemed to be well kept. Although the baths are said to be hot springs, they have to be disinfected due to the large baths, so I don't think they have that much of a hot spring feel. However, there were many sink booths and the open-air bath area was quite large, so I was able to relax. The meals are buffet type both in the morning and evening, which is great for those with children. I think the number of items was also fairly large. However, there were not so many highlights, so there was no sense of extravagance. The staff were all young, quick and friendly, and very likable. As for the structure of the hotel, it is probably too late to say, but it would be better to check carefully if you are planning to stay at the hotel, since the accommodation building and the administration building (bath, restaurant, etc.) are separated in some parts. (By the way, we were on the 4th floor of the lakeside building, which seems to be the farthest from the hotel.)
Good.”
The view from the front desk is as the company sings, and it's nice. It was hard to understand at first that there were several separate buildings, but once I understood where they were connected, I could understand. Quiet, close to the ropeway, spacious bathrooms and open-air baths, great on weekdays.
I would like to use it again.”
Lake Ashinoko from the room is nice, but Lake Ashinoko from in front of the front desk is the best. If I had more time, I would take my time to look at it. The meals were delicious, especially the "Nanatsuboshi" from Hokkaido and the beef steak. The large bath was spacious and the open-air bath was relaxing. I would like to go back if I have a chance.
Exceptional”
The hotel is incredible, location, views, space, onsen. I’d repeat without thinking it!!!
