    Excellent service, very nice place to stay. Food was very good. Private onsen in room was very clean. Wish windows were one way so blinds could be opened without worrying others could see us while using the onsen. Otherwise, excellent stay, would go ag

    首次到箱根亨用溫泉酒店，客房整潔，泉水夠熱，乾淨！服務員雖然不多，但殷勤服務態度令你感覺良好！晚餐時間安排非常準時，食物新鲜，但是位於山路中，交通不便！

    Great and very comfortable hotel. The food is wonderful and delicious. The room is spacious and clean, with hotspring bath in every room. We had a very very pleasant time here.
