The best thing about this place is that it is an easy stay. I do not recommend it to those who expect dinner and breakfast! This is the fifth time I have stayed here. For those who like to drink, there is a 90-minute all-you-can-drink policy at dinner time, and the drinks are plentiful. The food is acceptable if you consider it as snacks. My favorite thing is the free use of the karaoke room. The room rate is the same even on weekends, and I recommend using the room for sightseeing, eating local specialties, and enjoying drinks for dinner. I would like to use this hotel again.

The cabbage salad that was served for dinner was red and discolored, probably left over from the morning. Tuna sushi was so thin and clear that it could have been mistaken for uncured ham, and I settled for cold fries and beer. The concept of the all-you-can-drink menu seemed to cover the cost.

I have used Itoen about 10 times in total at Kinugawa/Kawaji and Atami, but this is my first time here. It is close to the city center, convenient for sightseeing, a corner room with a great view of the ocean, and a large parking lot. The weather broke in the afternoon of the day, so we changed our plans and checked in earlier, but it was handled smoothly and they took the time to look for us when we had forgotten something in the hotel. I forgot something in the hotel and they took the time to find it for me!

Loved everything except the food. There were too many people having buffet together. Drinks were included and nice cold beer were available.

I stayed on a weekday for sightseeing in Hakodate. There were many foreign groups, but I was satisfied with the staff's service and the large bathroom.
