The airplanes in the open-air bath are very powerful! We were also able to see fireworks and were very satisfied!

This was our first time using the hotel. The room facilities were historic, but depending on the location, we were on a relatively high floor, so we had a good view of Mt. Hakodate and the ocean. The bath was also lukewarm, which was just right for the kids. The meals were well prepared, with a live kitchen, local foods, collaborations with local restaurants, and even baby food for children and infants. The food tasted good to us as well. The only thing that disappointed us was that the customer service at the reception desk was indifferent, which left us feeling cold. The staff at the souvenir corner were very friendly and helpful. The location was easy to use the tram, but I thought it would be easier to use the hotel if you could consider offering a pick-up service to and from Hakodate Station.

Hotel Room is quite little small , but staff attidite and service looks good Location is a bit far to JR station with 15 stops by tram Good is not too bad and we enjoyed every day with Japanese style

Their buffet dinner is great, got lots of variety for selection and taste very good. The outdoor hotspring bath area are nice with stunning view.

“I enjoyed the trip.”
It was close to the streetcar and I was able to get there without getting lost. The hot water in the bath was good and relaxing. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both very varied, and I found it hard to overeat. I especially enjoyed the shrimp salt ramen and soup curry in the morning. If I could have brought coffee and dessert to my room after dinner, I would have liked to relax. It has been a long time since I have been away from home, but I enjoyed my stay very much. Thank you very much.
