This hot spring inn is conveniently located just a 5-7 minute walk away from both the Yunokawa-Onsen tram stop and the Isaribi Dori bus stop in a quiet neighborhood that is also close to Yunokawa Kuromatsubayashi Park. The large communal baths have open-air baths as well as indoor baths, and in addition to the large communal baths, there are saunas and a silky bath. In the morning, usage of the facilities is alternated between men and women. Enjoy a hot spring that is gentle on the skin.

I'm sure this is a nice hotel overall, but I would like to make a few comments about the way the employees treat their guest guests. We were informed 30 minutes after our arrival that it was time to eat and that the hotel was fully booked for the rest of the day. We were like, "What? I understand that this is a difficult time for the hotel, which is taking various measures to cope with the new Corona virus, but I don't think we arrived at the hotel a little before 5:30 a.m., and we were not interested in having a meal 30 minutes after that time. I was worried and asked them to delay my arrival by 30 minutes, but the same was true for the breakfast. I came to this hot spring with an eager mind to relax, but my mind was spoiled. I don't think I will have another chance, but if they are taking such measures, there should be some kind of message at the reservation stage. I am very disappointed. But the other facilities such as food and rooms were wonderful.

Little English speaking and a little bit dated check-out systems but fantastic tatami renovated room with good aircoditioning. Great buffet spread, and a good onsen but not open aired. Spa massage was excellent, good Japanese service. All in all a retreat-
