Private open bath in our room not up to expectation, room very small .Had stayed in better ryokan in Kurobe, Tochigi and Hakone. Both breakfast and dinner’s menu no change throughout our 4 morning and 4 nights’s meal.

“The service is great, but...”
This was my first visit. I brought my elderly mother with me, and I was grateful for the attentive service. The only complaint I have is that the guest room open-air bath and the washing area are far apart, which is very inconvenient. There is no partition between the room and the open-air bath, so you need to be careful if you are in a pair who do not take a bath together.
