“Heaven for train fans”
The terrace of the pier, which juts out into the swamp, is a great place to watch freight and passenger trains on the Hakodate Main Line pass by over the water! In addition to that, the breakfast is wonderful!　Eggs Benedict and bread were delicious!

“素敵なホテルでした”
１分でも長く滞在したいと思うホテルでした。露天風呂付きのお部屋にアップグレードして頂き、のんびりゆったりと過ごさせて頂きました。スタッフの方の笑顔もお部屋もラウンジもお庭も全て素敵で、施設の隅々におもてなしの心が感じられました。アメニティや備品もこんなに充実したところははじめてです。１つだけ難をあげるなら、貸切風呂が脱衣所と浴室が仕切られておらず、暑くて脱衣所では髪を乾かせないことでしょうか。帰宅してすぐに秋の大沼が見たくて、そしてエプイにもう一度泊まりたくて予約させて頂きました。何度でも行きたくなるホテルです。

“接客が・・・”
７月にニセコの鶴雅へ行き、ニセコの野菜の美味しさと、到着して直ぐ駐車場での対応と部屋へ移動する際「荷物をお持ちします」との言葉掛け、並びに夕食時での接客がタイミング良く、来訪する事を決めたが、こちらの鶴雅は到着早々カートが空いているにも関わらず、荷物を客に持たせた儘、ほぼ手ぶらの案内嬢が館内を案内。食事時も表情が硬く暗いスタッフが多かった。食事も客室露天風呂もとても良かったし、庭は広くて夏は池と花々を愛でながら、ＢＢＱが出来るようになっているよう。接客に思いやりがあれば満点でしたね・・・残念

“すべて最高”
数年ぶりの北海道旅行の最終日に家族３人で一泊。とっても雰囲気のある館内やバーラウンジのお酒飲み放題、夕食もすごい美味しく、スタッフのサービスもとってもよかった。旅行の最高の思い出になりました。
