“I was satisfied with the food.”
I was satisfied with the food and service with no particular complaints. However, although the facilities are old, there were some things I would like to see improved, such as tears in the tatami mats and trash clogging up the dryer suction port in the bathroom. If we were to increase the number of repeat guests, I felt there were a few things I would like to see taken care of so as not to live up to the name of a great ryokan!
