Private onsen in the room is very recommended. Room is of tiptop clean condition in every corner and mostly Japanese residents who come to stay here, thus it is really peaceful.

Spacious room with nice view.Excellent service. Friendly staffs and every single staff speaks English. Only I don't like the fusion menu. I prefer tradition Japanese meal.

“裏切られた感じ”
ハードウェアやスタッフの対応は大変満足の行くものでした。にも関わらす星一つの評価になった原因ですが、それは朝食でした。『素泊まり』プランしか空きがなかったので仕方なくそれで予約しましたが、朝食は到着時に跡付けで追加することもできないばかりか、弁当の手配や隣接する系列２館の朝食会場も利用することができないというものでした。館内ないし近隣で朝食を摂ることが全く不可能であるにも関わらず、そのことが事前に告知されていないことが問題です。あくまで個人的な感想ではありますが、プランの事前説明が意図的であるかはともかく優良誤認を誘うものであると言われても仕方ないのではないかと、非常に強い疑問を感じざるを得ないものと感じました。

“満足ですが…”
接客も含め全てにおいて「満足」できる宿に間違いありません。ですが、高価格帯ですから、あとヒト押しがないと「大満足」には至らず再訪は難しいです。大浴場にはタオル含めアメニティが揃ってますが、奥まった洗面所に多くが設置され入浴後に気付く…。風呂上がりの階には給水機のみ…。１階にカフェがあるものの、ロビー前のため夜は凍えるような寒さ。例えばカフェを浴場前に移すだけでも満足度は上がると思います。道内で高価格帯宿を多く経験した中では、どうしても「あとヒト押し」を感じてしまう宿でした。
