Long-established ryokan in Hagi on Holy Night”
I stayed at a well-established ryokan in Hagi City. A welcome drink was offered upon check-in. The female staff explaining the inn is very hardworking and likable. You can choose from three kinds of grilled fish for breakfast. The room was on the first floor, and as expected, the well-kept Japanese garden was quaint and wonderful. Even the general guest rooms were spacious and had a relaxed atmosphere. Dinner is served in the room and can be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere. The dishes were well seasoned, and I enjoyed them until the end without getting tired of them. I am not a drinker, but the waitress changed the order of the strong snacks and grilled dishes, which was a good suggestion. The large bathroom is a bit small. It makes you feel somewhat relaxed, which is different from urban sophistication. The food was delicious, but above all, I felt the time spent in the soothing silence was luxurious. Personally, I thought that Terebi was unnecessary in this room. I think it is a very good ryokan.

I stay at Hagi several times a year. This was my first stay at Tsunemoe. The service was very attentive to detail, and I was able to relax and not feel stressed in the midst of the Corona disaster. As soon as I entered the inn, I was excited to see the beautiful garden. We were lucky enough to be shown to a room with a private garden, so we were looking forward to dinner with a view of the garden, but there were no street lights, which was disappointing because our expectations were so high.

初めての萩市”
旦那の母方の祖父の故郷ということで初めて観光しました。 車での利用だったのですが到着すると館内からスタッフの方が出迎えてきてくれ荷物を運んでくださり丁寧で親切な対応に感激しました。 旅館は喫茶ラウンジと萩焼の展示場があり、手入れの行き届いた庭の景色が素晴らしく、綺麗で広くゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。 当方二階のお部屋でしたが二階へは階段を利用するので、ご高齢の方や足が悪い方はスタッフに伝え対応して戴いたほうがよいと思います。 部屋は二人では充分なほど広く装飾品も落ち着いていてセンスを感じました。部屋風呂の浴槽も広かったです。 食事は山口県産コシヒカリの白米がとても美味しかったです。 帰りも観光の見所を教えてくれ、車まで見送って戴き温かい心遣いに感謝しました。

想像以上でした”
隠岐島・中国地方・九州北部を友人家族と旅行時に２泊滞在しました。格式のあるお宿だと思っていましたが、想像以上にすばらしい思い出を作ることができました。お部屋は落ち着いた和室で、お庭も広くゆったりできました。料理はありきたりの会席ではなく工夫されていましたので私共にぴったりのでした。館内の設備や配置はゆとりがありますので、お時間がある方にはお勧めのお宿です。
