建物は確かに古い、中庭を見せて頂いた時、明治創業とおっしゃっていた。 でも、中は綺麗にリフォームしていて設備もキチンとそろっている。 そして、掃除が行き届いていてとても清潔だった。 お部屋も広くゆったり出来た。 スタッフ一人一人が細かな対応をしておられた。 お食事も美味しく頂き、このお値段は本当にお得。 また萩に来たらぜひ利用したいです。

関わったすべてのスタッフの方々が丁寧だと感じた。 館内風呂は狭いですが、とても清潔感あり安心した。 お部屋は広く、ゆったり過ごせました。

懐かしい旅館のようなフロント、お部屋にとても寛げました。元々料亭ということで、お食事はとてもおいしかったです。近くに食事をするところもなかったので、追加で夕食の席をお願いしましたが、大変助かりました。朝食もとても品数が多く、おいしかったです。また、バスセンターがすぐ横だったので、出発がゆっくりできて、それも助かりました。また萩に行ったら泊まりたいと思います。

旅行で行くにはもう少し部屋の環境が充実してると良いかと。寝泊まりには十分です。

“美味しい料亭のある趣深い和風宿”
ビジネスでの利用でした。建物は古い印象でしてが、部屋は広く、手入れも行き届いており、長く大切に使われてきた様子が伺えました。 お風呂の入り口がわかりづらく、ドアの建て付けが古いためか、開け閉めに若干戸惑いましたが、アメニティも充実していてゆったりと過ごせました。 また夕食は隣接しているご飯屋さんに伺いましたが、とても美味しく、スタッフさんの対応も親切で、心温まる時間を過ごせました。 また萩に訪れた際には、お世話になりたいと思います。
