Last time we stayed in a standard room, which felt a little small, and this time we wanted to make my parents feel at home, so we splurged and got a Japanese-style room. The price was more than double the standard room, but my parents were very happy and liked it very much.

It was just comfortable and very satisfying. They work fast I asked for a humidifier when I checked in and they brought it to me while I was unpacking. The room was also cleaned while I was out for an hour.

I was impressed by the concern and useful information I received from the veteran at the front desk, who seemed to have an itch to help me, as one would expect from a prestigious hotel. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was very good. The large bathroom was clean, spacious, and relaxing. We also enjoyed a refreshing walk through the large forest on the grounds. Thank you very much. I would like to go back again.

Stayed with my parents and three others. The hotel is very relaxing with lots of greenery. Bottled water is free. Amenities and bath salts for women are given free of charge if you mention it at the front desk. We visited a Japanese restaurant in the hotel for dinner. The food was very good, but the only regret is that we had to wait quite a long time for the bill.

We stayed here in February of this year and enjoyed it so much that we decided to repeat our stay. It is a petite resort that is close, quiet, and relaxing. The hotel is perfect for relaxing and reading a book while lounging in your spacious room, relaxing in the clean public bath, or taking a walk in the garden full of greenery. I was a little disappointed this time because of the sound of children flying, jumping, and running around. But the hotel itself is very nice and I would repeat it again.

娘の結婚式後、家族でゆっくりしたいと思いこちらのホテルを利用しました。清潔で高級感あるお部屋は、数種類のお茶と無料のビール等が用意されており、改装されたばかりの大浴場は広く清潔でとても使い勝手が良く、心身ともにゆっくりできました。夕食は、昭島駅近くの居酒屋へ。無料のシャトルバスがありますが、歩いても１０分位。周囲は緑が溢れ気持ち良いので歩くのもおすすめです。朝食のビュッフェは、質が良く美味しかったです。また、ゆっくりしたい時に泊まりたいホテルです。

毎年この時期に利用しています。未就学児を含む３世代でゆったり過ごすのにじゅうぶんな広さのお部屋です。コネクティングルームにしてもらっているため、各部屋への行き来が楽です。今年からは未就学児にお泊りセットの配布がありました。お風呂も大浴場があるため、みんなで一斉に入ることがことができるので便利です。徒歩圏内にショッピングセンターやアウトドアモールもあるので、お散歩がてら利用できます。朝食は目の前で焼いてくれるオムレツが美味しかったです。

スタンダードスイートでしたが、広々として大きな窓からは全てが眼下に眺められ良かったです。２泊しましたが、大満足です。エントランス前の大きな木のイルミネーションに迎えられ大感激。中庭のイルミネーションもすてきでした。朝食のバイキングは質が良く、美味しかった。これはと思い、夕食を中華レストランにしましたが、私の口には合わずガッカリしましたマイナス１点です。

昭島駅に近く大浴場もあって部屋も素敵でとても満足でした。ただ私は枕が高いと寝られなくて、低めの枕がひとつだけでも置いてあったら嬉しかったです。

ＧＷに利用。窓の外は緑で、ホテルにいる限りリゾート気分。館内、部屋、大浴場全てに清掃が行き届いており、気持ちよく利用させていただきました。

記念日コースを利用しましたが、おもてなしなどさすがオークラ運営という感じでとても良かったです。なお、大浴場は脱衣場のロッカーが使えなかったのが残念でした。

若干古さを感じますが、スタッフの方々の対応は良かったです。 残念な事は、客室内の椅子全てが、へたっていて座り心地が悪い。 ベットマットレスが、硬すぎて背中が痛かった。 ホテル全体の雰囲気、大浴場（スパ）、朝食など大変良かったです。

４回目の利用です。やはりバスルームの窓からの眺めはリラックス出来ます。 Ｘｍａｓということもあり、ロビーのツリーも美しくＸｍａｓリサイタルも素敵でした。一つだけ…お部屋の（特にベッド周り）清掃がもっと行き届いていたら良かったです。グレードの高いお部屋にサービスも行き届いてるので、それだけが残念でした。

エキストラベッドを入れた３人での利用でしたが、それでも部屋が広くゆったりと過ごせました。 夜はホテルのイルミネーションや付近のイルミネーションがとても綺麗に見え、朝は富士山がよく見えてよかったです。
