      “First time using it.”

      We stayed on a Friday, partly because of Corona, and it was nice and quiet. The employees were wonderful and the food was excellent. I stayed in a guest room with an open-air bath for the first time, and it was nice to look up at the night sky from the open-air bath in the room at midnight and see the stars in the sky! I will use this hotel again when I have a chance.

      Clean and nice hotel with polite and kind staffs. I speak Japanese so I dont have problem communicating with them. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast buffet was good

      “客をもてなす静かな森のホテル”

      路線バスがホテル玄関前のバス停に着くと、早速そこまで係の方が笑顔で出迎えて、夫婦二人分の荷物を全て抱えフロントまで案内してくれました。 フロントの方も笑顔で丁寧に対応。そしてまた全ての荷物を持ち運んでくれた客室係の方の部屋等の説明が、細かいところまで本当に懇切丁寧でした。食事処での係の方の対応も申し分ありません。 また翌朝、中庭等の写真を撮っていると、離れた所で作業をしていた従業員の方が、「ご夫婦揃っての記念写真をお撮りしましょうか？」と声を掛けて下さいました。 さすが歴代天皇が滞在された由緒あるホテルだと思いました。 でも決して高級宿ではなく、中々リーズナブルなお宿なんです。 八幡平の大自然を満喫し、気持ちのこもった対応と食事でもてなされ、ゆったりと露天ぶろで癒されて、本当に気持ち良く帰路につきました。 静かな森に佇むお勧めの宿です。
