安比ホテルズまでの無料シャトルバスを利用させていただきました。長距離の雪道運転は心配ですが、バスがあると大変助かります。しかも無料！！！高速代やガソリン代もかなりかかるので、ホントに有り難い。今回は爆弾低気圧が来ているときだったのですが、運転手さんが安全運転に気をつけ、私達乗客の事も気遣ってくださり、時間がかかったものの快適でした。 安比旧パティオの白樺の湯もリニューアルされ様々な露天風呂があり楽しめました。リンゴ湯にも入れてラッキーでした。 ゲレンデではクリスマスイベント、雪上の光のパレードが綺麗でした。荒天でお客さんが少なかったのが残念。とても感動しました。 ホテルはアがジア系の宿泊客が多かったので、賑やかでした。チェックインの際にそのような団体が一緒だと一言教えたくれてもいいかと思いました。以前、修学旅行とバッティングして教えてくれたホテルがあり、心の準備が出来て良かったです。

フロンでの対応は、混んでいたせいもあるが、非常に采配がわるい。 部屋の壁紙もはがれていたりしていました。

“広い部屋”
二家族一緒に泊まれてとてもリラックスできました。お盆で大変混んでいたので食事は席を確保するのに苦労しました。エレベーターもなかなか乗れずに階段で５階まで上り下りしました。でもお盆期間中、この料金で泊まれてラッキーでした。
