Fantastic night and service. Firstly, the 2 staff helped us with luggage from car. We were explained everything in English in our room. The best part was dinner served in our room. Beautiful food. We felt very special. We did the commorant fishing tour.

晚饍時，負責招待的2位服務員（三井小姐和松野小姐）,親切熱情體貼，最後還主動替我們在飯店前拍照留念，令我們享受了一頓豐富難忘的晚飯。讚！ 另外，入住前和入住時負責聯絡和接待的酒店員工（吳小姐）,熱情細心，除了幫助我們解決了很多問題，還主動帶引我們到附近景點。讚！

Warmly greeted as soon as we stepped into the hotel. They offered amazing service. The english speaking staff (forgot to get his name) kept helping and offering suggestions based on our likings - such as where to dine and where to go. We lost our safety

服務好早餐也很好吃,有很棒的溫泉,泡溫泉及在房間都可以看到長良川,唯一的缺點是沒有車站接迎,自己要搭公車或計程車到飯店,幸虧早上9點半有1班飯店巴士可以搭到車站.
