壁が薄いせいか隣の部屋からいびきが聞こえたり、目覚ましアラームの音が聞こえたりする。また部屋の面積に対してテレビが巨大すぎて目が痛くなる。大浴場も狭くやや不満であるが、駅前にあるため立地はとてもよい。
