      “ゆったりできる宿”

      　落ち着いた趣のある宿でした。 　客室数が少ないからか、他のお客さんともあまり会わず、風呂もゆったり入れました。 　２月の寒い時期だったので、露天風呂に行くまでの外の通路が寒かったですが、湯につかるとあったまれました。肌に優しいお湯でした。露天風呂は洗い場も外なので、寒かったです。 　夕食は、とても美味しくいただきました。牡蠣の昆布じめがとても美味しく、忘れられない味となりました。量もちょうどよかったです。 　ただ、脱衣室にあるコットンは、節約のためなのか、通常の大きさの半分にカットされていて、とても使いづらかったです。そこだけが残念でした。 　とてもゆったりくつろげる宿なので、また行きたいです。

      “もう一度味わいたいほうば味噌のステーキ”

      お料理はどれもひと手間かけられたものでとても美味しかったです。特にほうば味噌のステーキはステーキだけでなくお野菜も味噌の香ばしさと相まって忘れられない味わいでした。下呂温泉の街並みもお宿の風情も情緒あふれるものでしたが、味わったものが記憶として残っていく素敵な一夜でした。

      “静けさの中での一泊”

      　食事も個室で、お部屋数もそれほど多くないので他人を感じることがないぐらい、静かにゆったりと過ごせました。各お部屋、廊下などに種々のお雛様が飾ってあり和やかな思いに浸りました。

      “大変くつろげました”

      母との２人旅でしたがとてものんびり過ごせました。お風呂もあまり他のお客さんと一緒にならずゆったり入ることが出来ましたし、食事も食べられないものに配慮していただき、とてもおいしかったです。ただ、夕食の時すこし料理のでてくるタイミングが遅くて間延びした時がありました。 また機会があれば伺いたいと思います。

      “料理”

      板長が昨年変わってから初めての訪問でした。まだ若手ですが魚の目利きが素晴らしく旅館とすると最高レベルのお造りでした。料理全体のレベルは８０点位ですが創意工夫と熱意が感じられこれから大変楽しみな板長さんでした。また利用させていただきます。
