“残念”
還暦のお祝いでゆっくり過ごせるようにと、客室露天風呂付にしたのに、担当が外人さんで教育がされてない全くの無知状態で、お願いしても伝わらなかった。とても頑張ってはいるけど部屋のお風呂も温泉だと記載があったのに、聞くとただのお湯だと言われ、食事は時間過ぎて、飲み物頼んでもこないし、お願いしてあった物も何度か言ってからで、教育がされてないんだと可哀想に思いました。靴はなぜ重ねるのか、全て雑な感じで残念でした。

“２度目の下呂温泉”
家族旅行で利用。前回前を通りかかった時場所と建物がいい感じだったので予約したが、ネットの口コミ通りだった。電話での予約確認とお土産売り場のおばちゃんの対応が少々きつい印象だった。年配の中居さんと外国人の中居さんが２人で対応してくれたのだが、仕事はテキパキでいい感じだったが、世間話も無く親しみ難い印象だった。お風呂は男子風呂の露天風呂のひとつがぬる過ぎて入ってられなかった。女子風呂は洗い場は狭く、髪の毛が沢山あって不潔感を感じた。食事が部屋食なのが大変良かったが、また行くかとなるとうーんって感じ。

“山の中の静かな旅館”
従業員の方たちはとても親切でよかったと思います。ただ部屋の冷蔵庫の音が気になって眠れなかったです。飲み物の自販機が１つしかなくお茶は品切れ…改善して下さい。また機会があったら利用したいと思います。料理も温泉もとてもよかったです。

“ほっこり！満足です”
本当素敵なお宿でした。女将さん、フロントの方皆さん親切で暖かくて、お部屋係さんの一生懸命さと笑顔にはほっこりさせていただきました。貸し切り露天風呂は広くて子供達は大喜びではしゃいでました。夕食は食べきれないほどのごちそうで大満足でした。帰りもバスが見えなくなるまで見送ってくれました。温泉は言うことないし家に帰ってすぐから「またいきたいね。」って話しました。一つだけ、部屋のお風呂に桶と椅子ほしかったです。
