This hotel is located along the Mashita-gawa River, a river passing through the heart of Gero Onsen. Guestrooms provide wonderful views and the hotel is fully equipped with open-air baths and large shared baths. Guests can refresh body and mind in the smooth waters of the famous onsen.

非常好的體驗！有專人代客泊車，有會說普通話的前台人員，check-in後有專人運送行李及講解旅館細節（還會為我們沖茶及預備小點） 溫泉很好，各項配備都很完美。 不過晚飯的上菜安排則可以再好一點，我們在後期才送上御飯，但當時已經把大部分的菜都吃完了。但總括來說非常好。

客房乾淨，視野很好，當晚有河畔有花火慶典範店還特地開放大廳給住客觀賞，都不用走到外面去看很不錯。戶外溫泉看的到明月跟小楓樹，很享受。很棒的飯店!!

獲安排到的房間no.205一進去感覺到很久沒有人使用過, 立即檢查其他地方發現洗手間發出惡臭並有2隻死去昆蟲. 本人立即作出投訴並要求更換房間, 最後獲安排到另一間房比較簡單沒有沐浴設施(應是給即日温泉玩樂客人用)渡過一晚.

객실에서 담배냄새가 난다고 하는 이야기가 인터넷에 많이 올라와 있어서 걱정했는데 호텔 자체는 오래되었는데 나름 깨끗했다. 이 정도면 위치도 나쁜 편은 아니고 근데 프론트에 있는 직원은 쪼금 불친절한 것 같다. 다음에 게로온천을 가게 된다면 다른 호텔로 갈 것 같다.

选择的和室房间较大。从车站迎接、入住、房间送水等各项服务都比较到位，有好几位能讲中文的员工，沟通很方便。半食宿，晚餐一般，早餐感觉更丰盛些。浴场中规中矩，室外风吕感觉很好。送车站最晚只能选择10：45，如果退房以后还想在附近温泉街等地方逛一逛，感觉稍微仓促了一点。

很好的酒店，安静，雅致，舒服。在JR下吕站有酒店巴士直接到酒店，不过要下午三点以后才能办理。我们到的比较早，前台一位日本中年大叔热情的把护照复印好，行李也寄存在酒店，并一再关照三点可以办理了。酒店离温泉街也不远，出门上坡右转就到了。酒店的晚餐和早餐都很棒，服务也热情。房间里的露天风吕泡汤很舒服，值得体验。
