    Family Style Hotel with no frills, food and room was not bad, no shower in room. nice hot spring bath. Location needs some navigation.

    ちょっと残念”

    夕食は炭鉱レストランでしたが、案内された席が悪く開いたままの厨房が丸見え、明かりも漏れて雰囲気は台無し。お料理も一度に出てきて（鍋もご飯も）ゆっくりお酒を楽しむ時間は皆無、従業員の方々は若く一生懸命に頑張っていると思われるのに本当に残念でした。工夫が凝らされた館内設備はよかっただけに「不満が残るお宿」になっちゃいました。

    最高でした”

    時間での食べ物や飲み物のサービス、お風呂での泥パック、星空、日常を忘れて楽しむことができました。マッサージ機で癒されたり、夕食のコース料理も美味しく、朝食のビュッフェもご当地物があって楽しかったです。１泊のみだったので、もう何泊かしたい思いでした。私は遠方のためなかなか行けませんが、またいつか行きたい、その時は何泊かしたいと思っています。

    リピートです。２年前より良くなっていました”

    ２年前に行きました。以前、星の観測やお風呂の泉質、休憩スペースが広いく良かったため予約しました。 今回は夕食なしプランだったのですが、チェックインの時、夕食の事聞かれレストラン使用なら席の確保をしてくれると。食事しながら様子をみていると、片付けの時テーブルだけでなく椅子も拭いていてくれました。店内に入る時、手指消毒の依頼はどこでもあり、空いた席を片付けるさいテーブルだけ消毒しながら拭いている所が多い中、コロナ時期の気遣いをしてくれる所と思いました。お風呂は、「おふろｃａｆｅ」となっていて休憩スペースでは、ゆったり休め本など置いてあり以前よりかなり綺麗で充実しています。１０時チェックアウトですが当日申し出があれば、１２時までお風呂や休憩スペースは使用できる様になっていました。日帰り入浴で来て、ゆっくりすることもできる様になっていました。スタッフの対応も良かったです。また利用したい
