The food was very good and the bath was pleasant. However, it was a long way from the room to the bath, like a maze. We also played park golf, but the bus driver who was nearby at the time was very unfriendly. It was our fault for not checking the opening hours of the park golf course, but it was supposed to end at 4:30 p.m. We went there around 3:00 p.m., so it would have been helpful if you could have confirmed the closing time with us. We thought it was 5:00 p.m., which was written elsewhere, so we ended up bothering the receptionist. Other than that, I had a great time. Also, usually it is cheaper to book through the official site, but this time the Hokkaido discount was extended and when I went to rebook, the official site was more expensive, so I changed my reservation to this site. It was a little doubtful.

Great ski hotel, room is spacious and clean with great view. Limited choice of food in the hotel but you can easily take shuttle/bus to eat nearby town

We stayed here 1 night. There are many facilities in this hotel such as a large Tax Free shop, Ningle Village, Hot spring, etc. I booked 2 rooms. The hotel upgraded one room to be suite for my mom and dad. Thanks a lot for your kindness. If I have a change

“Would love to stay there again.”
We stayed in a twin type room for three people. I thought the room would be too small for three people, but it was surprisingly spacious. We arrived at night, so we didn't realize it, but the next morning we were healed by the beautiful view of the mountains nearby. The hot springs are good and the sauna is clean. The room was clean and cozy, and I was able to relax and have a good night's sleep. The "telltale monk" in the room was very hospitable and made me feel relaxed. The staff was polite and courteous, and I would like to stay there again.
