Amazing experience, outstanding intuitive service, the best I've ever experienced. Beautiful location, food was great. Room and onsen relaxing and clean. Beautiful architecture and woodwork, a highlight of our trip.

６年ぶりの北海道旅行で森の旅亭びえいさんに宿泊がかないました。 出迎えから見送りまで丁寧で、スタッフの方々は皆さんとても好印象でした。 お部屋は思ったより狭く感じましたが窓から見える緑に心癒されました。 温かい飲み物冷たい飲み物色々あり良かったですし、備品についても細かい物までそろえてあってびっくりしました。 ただ、離れのお部屋の玄関付近の匂いが気になったのと、部屋露天風呂に少々傷みや劣化が来ているのが残念でした。 お食事は夕食も朝食もとても美味しかったです。提供のタイミングも何度も確認してくださりペースの速い私たちに合わせての提供でありがたかったです。 温泉はとてもいいお湯で気持ち良かったです。 お世話になりありがとうございました。

純和風の建物で館内の至る場所に可愛らしい折り紙が飾ってありとても和みました。 大浴場もさほど広くはないものの天井の高さがあり解放感があり 木の香りに癒されます。 露天は 壺湯の足元のジャリがお湯に流されて露天出入り口まで散らかってしまうのと（足裏痛い）岩風呂の庇の下の泥ハネには対策が必要かな。部屋は和洋室で、奥が寝室（畳に低いベッド）手前がリビングで板間＆薄いラグ。痛いし冷たいしでゴロゴロできず、座椅子もデザイン重視で座布団もマット？が硬くて座っていられず、結局ベッドの上で過ごしました。 和風のソファをいれるか、一般的な和洋室のように板間の方をベッドにした方が良いかと。 料理は出来立てをタイミングよくもってきて下さり、どれも味付けが良く美味しくいただきました。 全体的には満足できましたので次は離れの方に泊まってみたいと思います。
