“The lady at the front desk.”
The reception was courteous and friendly. I felt that the slope of the floor of the washing area in the large bathroom was not good. Sewage was pooling on the floor after washing.

Hotel is located in a tranquil environment with easy access to the scenic Shirogane Waterfall and Blue pond. Good buffet breakfast and dinner that consist of Biei agricultural items. However, hotel is dated and needs to be refurbished.
