Everything was great : the room, the food and the golf course is really very nice (don't trust the pictures on the website, the course is much nicer). Service is great also !

ゴールデンウィークに続いて、今年は２回目の利用です。 シーズンが終わり近くだからか、宿泊者がとても少なく感じました。 今回初めて大浴場を利用させていただきました。２０時頃、貸切状態でしたが、 浴場があるＢ１階は照明が暗く、それ以上に浴場が薄暗かったので、開放感というより、心もとない気持ちで早々に引き揚げました。 廊下の照明、浴室までの案内をもう少し明るくしていただけたらと思います。

“Exceptional”
Excellent Hotel, should be the best in this area. Got room upgrade. The staffs very friendly and helpful. Foods at the hotel restaurant can just described in one word " EXCELLENT ". Definitely will return if visit to Furano next time.
