These cozy cottages nestled in the forest are great for throwing house parties, and in the summer the barbecue facilities are perfect for BBQ parties. They are also ideal for winter sports enthusiasts with the Furano ski resort very close by.
The owners of Cottage Yuyu are farmers as well, and the warm, delicious home-style cooking served here uses home-grown produce and local ingredients. Meals served from the end of April are centered around Japanese cuisine with mountain greens and seasonal ingredients, while meals from November on feature Japanese hot pot.
The bathing facilities here are rather unique. In addition to a cedar bath, Cottage Yuyu puts a kind of stone called black silica is into the reserved private baths. These stones, which are mined exclusively in Hokkaido's Kaminokuni area, are said to be good for one's health due to their abundance of negative ions.

The location is quite inaccessible if one does not have a car. We rented a car and so we were ok. There was no hot water in the cottage and so it is quite impossible to bathe there unless you don't mind bathing with icy cold water. (We went during July). T

雖然民宿主人很客氣和熱情,但入住房間和預訂房間不一樣,不知是否因為餐食自理而被換掉了?且原預定房間有冷氣,但實際入住房間卻沒有,讓人很傻眼!
