I am always grateful for your hospitality. I use it every time I visit Hakata. I am healed by the warm hospitality of the staff. The bathrooms are clean and separate, and I relax with the bath salts provided. I enjoy the homemade breakfast every time. We are lucky to have gateau chocolates for dessert! I never get tired of the many trains I can see from my room. We will be back again when we go to Hakata.

I have stayed here several nights because it is clean and closer to the station. There is a washroom and separate bath and washing area to relax. Put the bath salts in the lobby. The road from the station is rickety and difficult on rainy days. Thank you for the gift of using the hotel for the third time.

初めて泊まりました。駅近でトレインビューの部屋ということで（鉄道好きな私）予約しました！思ってた以上にいろんな列車がよく見えて満足感ありありでした！！

“I am very satisfied, but...”
Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel, but if I had to say something, I would say that the refrigerator is not very cold. It is a pity that we cannot drink cold beer in the room because it cannot be cooled down to the perfect temperature.
