“Conveniently located near the station”
I had booked a single room but changed to a club room. I can use the tea time lounge and relax. Breakfast is no longer a buffet, so I am disappointed about that. I hope the corona will be resolved soon. The hospitality of the staff is very high and I always use the hotel.

“残念なこと”
朝食を楽しみにしていましたがビュッフェスタイルでなくなりました。コロナ禍は理解していますが料金に対して見合っていないと感じますし、弁当は嫌いな食材が入っていることもあり満足できませんでした。またビュッフェをお弁当形式に変えても感染拡大防止につながらず、単なるおまじないと同じと思います。これは弁当形式に変更したホテルすべてに言えることでコロナに乗じてコストを抑えているだけと思います。ホテル業界の皆様、これが客の率直な意見です。

“夕食バイキング良かった”
福岡の息子家族と一緒に、楽しめた。ダイニングの雰囲気も良くて、今回で、２回目だが、満足した。（前回はチャイナレストラン）特に、孫たちが喜んでくれた。

“朝食の和定食チョイスは疑問”
２度目の宿泊となったが、朝食を１階のバイキング会場で和定食を選択したが雰囲気がなじまない。むしろ日本食レストランで提供したほうがのぞましい。内容も郷土色に乏しいものであった。地元の「おきゅうと」などが欲しかった。
