Located near the lake, but around a 10-15 minutes walk from Kawaguchiko Station. Good view of the lake but no direct view of Mount Fuji unless you get to the other side. Food is fantastic but please inform in advance if you have certain dietary requirement

It is about 10 - 15 mins walking from the bus station. Room and food is very reasonable for the price you paid for. There is a small open bath area but since there is no one there so I basically have the whole space by myself.

Unprofessional! Hotel staff left our room keys at the reception table unattended which is completely accessible by anyone and in full view of people walking by the reception. Anyone could have taken our room keys and gone into our room! And the entire hote

This place is a gem! Its located near the kawaguchio station (about 10-15mins walk) and just next to lake kawaguchi. The hotel is nice to leave my dinner for me, as i was caught in a bad traffic and weather from hakone. The food experience was awesome!

We booked this room on the last minute. This is a big hotel, so you will not get the homey Japanese hospitality like a typical ryokan. Food is served in a large room with 100 other guests or so. Food portion was small, like a sampling plate than a full

Bad staff . We go to check in at 5 pm , and staff told me that the hotel set beef for us.But we do not eat beef . The hotel staff talk very bad .We must pay more money for pork.We will not come back to here.

Can walk from Kawagichiko station within 15 min. Very close to pleasure boat and ropeway. Have convenion store and food shop nearby. And especially great kindly staff. They tried best to help us for catching the first bus to shibasakura festival in time. J
