This lodging is located at the foot of Mt. Fuji on the shore of Lake Kawaguchi. This quiet location away from the tumult of the ryokan district makes it seem like a secluded retreat, and is quite favored among guests.
This lodging boasts of a variety of baths - including the ‘Fuji no Yu’ and ‘Umi no Yu’ scenic view open-air baths on the top floor - and an abundance of seasonal cuisine. From the ‘Fuji no Yu’ scenic view open-air bath, guests can gaze out on the gallant figure of Mt. Fuji right before their eyes as its appearance changes hour by hour.

The 14:00 check-in and 11:00 check-out provides for a leisurely 21-hour stay.
So that guests can enjoy a relaxing stay, morning bedding is left as is until they leave.

Dinner: Guests can comfortably savor delicious kaiseki course meals that feature a harmony of seasonal delights, fresh seafood, and nourishing inland delights in their guestroom or a private dining room.

Breakfast: Guests will be served a Japanese-style set meal in the breakfast venue. This meal treasures seasonality and also gives consideration to guests’ health.

[Notice of Open-air Bath Repairs]
- Work Scope: The Umi-no-Yu open-air bath cannot be used due to repair work. - Work Period: Scheduled for May 8 (Wed.) - June 30 (Sun.), 2023
During this period, men’s and women’s use of the Fuji-no-Yu open-air bath will be alternated. (Men: 14:00 - 22:00; Women: next morning 6:00 - 10:00)
The large communal bath (indoor bath) and Fuyo-no-Yu private bath with Mt. Fuji view (JPY 1,500 (tax not incl.) per group for a 30-min session, reserve on the day in order of arrival) can be used as normal. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Please note that this hotel does not allow children under the age of 12 to stay in the 18.6 or 19.4 square meter Japanese-style rooms listed below. Children are allowed, however, in the other Japanese-style rooms listed on this page.
The entire lodging will become non-smoking.
*Electronic cigarettes can also not be smoked in guestrooms.

We had a wonderful overnight near Mt. Fuji. We called as we arrived at the train station and the shuttle arrived shortly after. We were lead to a sitting area with Matcha and a tea cake so that we didn't have to wait in line to check in, it was so lovely!
