Please note that services cannot be provided for children that the hotel was not informed in advance about. We kindly ask that you include children in the number of people staying when reserving, including children that do not need meals or extra bedding.
- About Check-in Time
Please make sure to check in by 19:00.
For those checking in after 19:00, dinner cannot be provided. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for this.
Please be aware of the following before making a reservation.
- Reservations are not accepted for 4 or more guestrooms, 4 or more nights, or groups of 20 or more guests.
- Please make sure to enter the number of staying guests regardless of age when making a reservation. (Accommodation will not be possible if the number of reserved guests is exceeded on the day of accommodation.)
- For room only and breakfast only plan reservations, dinner cannot be added regardless of whether it is done in advance or on the day.
- For guests arriving by public transportation, there are no restaurants, supermarkets, and the like within walking distance, so you will need to take care of meals/shopping before arriving or head out by taxi.
- Meal menus cannot be changed for any reason (food preferences, being a vegetarian, allergies, religious restrictions, etc.).
- For reservations that include dinner, dinner cannot be provided after 19:00. Also, refunds for the dinner fee will not be issued.
- All guestrooms are non-smoking, so guests that smoke in guestrooms will be charged the standard accommodation fee as well as cleaning fees.
