*Please be aware of the following when booking:
Each person making a booking can reserve up to 3 rooms, up to 3 nights, up to 10 guests. Any reservations with more than the above will be canceled.
When booking, please be sure to input the number of all staying guests regardless of age.
Please also include the number of children who do not require meals and bedding. (Accommodation will not be provided in case the number of actual guests exceeds the number of booked guests on the day.)
(*Children staying free of charge will not be provided bedding, amenities, towels, etc. If necessary, additional charges will be required.)

[Accommodation Only] If booking by a plan, meals cannot be added whether in advance or on the day.
For guests using public transportation, please note that there are no restaurants or supermarkets, etc. within walking distance.


[Dinner Included] Please check in by 19:00. Dinner will not be provided past 19:00. Dinner charges will not be refunded.
The menu cannot be changed for any reason, even for individual food preferences, vegetarian meal requests, allergy-friendly meal requests, religious restrictions, etc.

On the day of check-in, the reserved guestroom cannot be changed.
All rooms are non-smoking. If guests smoke in the guestroom, the standard accommodation charge and housekeeping cost will be required.
There is no shuttle service.
Requests for specific rooms (such as upper floor rooms, etc.) are not accepted.
If no notification is made even after the scheduled check-in time, guests will not be accommodated and guided to the guestroom.
Guests are presumed to have read and understood the above matters when making a booking.

From Feb. 3 to 16, 2024, the large communal bath (scenic view bath and open-air bath) will be unusable.
Refunds, etc. will not be issued for accommodations during this period. Furthermore, the schedule is subject to change.
