Dinner cannot be provided at this lodging (rental cottages).
For guests with reservations for room only plans, requests cannot be made for the addition of breakfast.

The open-air baths will not be usable from Apr. 1, 2019.

Please be aware of the following before making a reservation.
- Service is in Japanese and English only.
- Reservations are not accepted for 4 or more guestrooms, 4 or more nights, or groups of 20 or more guests.
- Please make sure to enter the number of staying guests regardless of age when making a reservation. (Accommodation will not be possible if the number of reserved guests is exceeded on the day of accommodation.)
- Addition of dinner is not possible for cottage reservations.
- For guests arriving by public transportation, there are no restaurants, supermarkets, and the like within walking distance, so you will need to take care of meals/shopping before arriving or head out by taxi.
- Wing and guestroom types cannot be designated. (These are decided on the day of accommodation, so requests in advance cannot be accommodated.)
- Each cottage is located away from the front desk, and guests will need to walk 50-300 meters along hilly roads, gravel roads, etc. (There is no porter service.)
- The view cannot be seen from each cottage. On the day of check-in, guestrooms cannot be changed for guest circumstances.
- Cottages have face towels, two-in-one shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer; toothbrushes and razors are available for purchase; bath towels can be rented for a fee. (There are no yukata or pajamas.)
- The hotel large communal baths are unavailable.
- Inquiries by email may not be answered right away. (If there is no reply from the lodging after 3 days, please make another inquiry.)
