There are many tourist by group tour, so you can expect eating in the hall with group of tourist, food is lesser comparing to other ryokan. There's no body shampoo and hair shampoo in the room. The hot springs was not hot enough. The hotel is quite old too

The location is perfect. We have a good view of the lake and Mt. Fuji from our room. The lake is just nearby. Awesome hospitality. They are so kind to fetch us and send us back to the train/bus station. Great Onsen experience. Will surely love to come back

We came to this hotel after climbing Mount Fuji. This hotel really offers a real ryokan experience. We stayed at a traditional Japanese room so our beds were futons. In the room, there's western toilet and private bath room with showers and tub if you can'
