The hotel services was unexpectedly bad.. There's only one shuttle bus for each timeslot provided by the hotel, making it impossible to get on during the time and the service was available only until 10 am... (i'm traveling in 8 and wasn't able to get shu
Great view from room and onsen Poor food taste Small room and not clean Difficult to access and difficult to contact In my opinion the price is too high
Food is so-so but the outdoor Onsen is excellent. Service is a little reactive but still pretty good.

Very nice and good outdoor hot spring. Quite difficult to find restaurants around the hotel. A big supermarket and convenience store in walking distance.
