      “Delicious food.”

We were thrilled to receive a discount on our stay through the Kawaguchiko Travel Support Program, as well as a gift certificate worth 2,000 yen per person. The view of Lake Kawaguchi and Mt. Fuji from both the room and the outdoor bath was fantastic. The outdoor bath was lukewarm, so I could soak in it and enjoy the view forever. The sauna was a bit disappointing. The dinner course was impressive and delicious. The half buffet was also delicious and I ate too much. After taking a bath again, I bought a chuhai from the in-room vending machine and went to my room. When I went to bed, I had a little problem. I think it was the sound of the bidet, but there was a clunking sound and then a high-pitched "knocking" sound like a knock on the door all night long, and I could not sleep. By the way, it was room 508 in the central building. I would like to ask you to check the room once if possible. We took a hot spring bath in the morning and enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet. 11:00 check-out time, so we took a short rest and bought some souvenirs with gift certificates. In general, I was satisfied. If the noise in the room can be resolved, I would definitely like to visit again.

      “Thanks!”

We stayed at the hotel to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. We were happy to receive various congratulations from the time we checked in. The room and open-air bath had a great view, and the attention to detail made our stay a pleasant one. Thank you very much!

      “Creative Cuisine Plus Anniversary Plan”

I chose this hotel because I left home for college to live alone and could not celebrate my 20th birthday because of Corona. When I told them I couldn't eat whipped cream, they made sure to accommodate me with a cake, prepared a festive butty cake, drew pictures of flowers in chocolate on the plate, and when I asked for flowers to be arranged in a seasonal arrangement, they prepared a beautiful one and even took pictures of it. They even took pictures of us and treated us very warmly. The food was excellent and the desserts were great as well. The food was excellent and the desserts were great. The bathhouse has two baths, one for men and one for women, and the outside bath is connected to Lake Kawaguchi. The idea of having 10 people at a time in the Corona, name stickers on slippers, and elevator buttons with keys were all great. The Halloween decorations were nice. It is a place I would like to go back to.

      “anniversary”

We went there for our anniversary for the first time in a long time. The room was very nice, but I was very disappointed that there was hair on my housecoat and other things. The rest of the service, food, etc. were all excellent.

      “Satisfied with dinner”

I was a little worried about the Corona disaster, but the measures were well taken and I was able to relax. The dinner was delicious and the wine was very good. Breakfast was a little dense, and I gave up on eggs, but the breakfast was Asian style, and I was worried about the smell in the hotel.
