Absolutely incredible 2 night stay at Fuji Ginkei, the location and views are amazing, the onsen incredible and the staff are so friendly even if their English language is limited, they try and they are so helpful. The breakfast and dinners included were 5

It was a pleasant stay in the hotel. The view of open air hot spring was magnificent, food was superior and the staff was passionate and helpful. The only thing i dislike was that the room was visibly old and not very clean. Given the cost of stay I shall

Staff : Nice, Polite and Friendly Room : It seems a little bit old but for Japanese-style Room... It's OK :). The room with mountain's view is so good. Facilities : Good / Convenience. Dinner and Breakfast : Good/Delicious, Nice service from staff

“thanks for the help”
I had been to Kawaguchiko twice before but could not see Mt. Fuji. This time, too, it was during the rainy season and the forecast was not good, but we were able to see it. It was a great decision to stay at this very well-located inn. I had the impression that there were many repeaters, and I could see why. I was satisfied overall, including the customer service, but the drinks were a little expensive and I wish there was one more item for breakfast, such as eggs or natto (fermented soybeans).
