This hotel has a variety of baths for our guests to experience, including a steam sauna with herb aroma daily changed with a different aroma, an open-air bath with a panoramic view. Also, their large garden bath houses are equipped with waterfalls for shower-massage, a "walking" bath for foot massage and another open-air bath. They also have the Lakeside Rose Herb Garden and a lawn area.

Lovely warm hospitality. An Obasan help you to settle into your room and brief you on the facilities. That was very helpful. Hotel shows it’s age but kept quite clean. It is one of the most most reasonable cost for accommodation in the Fujikawaguchiko area

A hotel which is slowly transforming from the eighties style. The meals were excellent and the service pretty good. Most of the hotel is a little tired and in need of renovation which is happening slowly room by room.

hotel is a little bit old. First day check in has no hot water for shower until we complain and turn on hot water tank. Food mostly already cook, by the time we get in dinning, some of them is cold and no taste.

It's funny when I have arrived the hotel, all signage in Japanese and I asked staff whether it's lake dragon koryu or not.He said ..No. Then I show the Japanese name that I'm printed out. He said ,Yes. Other things overall is good.
