Updated lobby, convenient location for bus, nice views. Room not updated and pricey overall. Extensive breakfast buffet but average quality. The best features are the onsen and easy/early access to Fuji-Q.

The room we stayed at was really pretty, clean and tidy. The staff in the hotel were also very friendly and helpful to us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Hotel a cote du Fuji Q Highland. Chambre spacieuse et nettoyer tous les jours. Petit frigo et tele compris, necessaire a toilettes remplacer tous les jours. Pas de laverie, il faut faire appel a l'hotel pour le nettoyage des vetements mais prix un peu

“In Corona and Typhoon”
We stayed in Corona and during a typhoon, but the hotel staff was very helpful and the food was delicious. My grandchildren enjoyed themselves and were satisfied. I would like to stay in a character room next time I have the chance.
