The hot spring baths at this hotel feature natural spring water drawn from 1,500 meters underground, and the large public bath area is also equipped with a sauna and jacuzzi. Reservable private baths are also available, and the hotel is equipped with a range of entertainment services including a beauty spa, karaoke, and a bar. Fuji Lake Hotel is handicap accessible. Dinner consists of Japanese cuisine. Guests who cannot eat raw foods are advised to please contact customer service at least two business days prior to their stay.

Actually it's an old hotel, some of their furniture already looks old, the view from this hotel was really superb, one side view to lake Kawaguchi, the other side view is to Mount Fuji. Their Onsen is good, especially in the morning, there's outside onsen
