      “Exceptional”

      A very peaceful onsen hotel near the sea. You can enjoy the sea view hot bath in the guest room. The hotel restaurant provides delicious japanese dining with excellent service. Staffs are very nice and helpful, some staff can speak good English and Mandari

      “良かったです！”

      スタッフの方がとても親切でホスピタルティ溢れる対応をしてくださいました。 外国のスタッフの方々も日本語も上手で、対応も良かったです。 ただ一つ、日本のご飯を盛るときは固めずにふわっと盛ると美味しく食べることができると思います。 露天風呂は外から入った虫がたくさん浮いていて、少し残念でした。そのため、施設環境やご飯の内容等含め値段を考えると少し残念ですが、部屋から見える景色はとてもきれいで良かったです。

      “お料理も温泉施設も！”

      いくつかの候補から初めての場所として銚子を選びました。正解でした！隣のスパ施設も「健康ランド」より素晴らしく、岩盤浴も含めてすべて無料で楽しめます。何と言っても夕ご飯がおいしい！料理長の中西さまのセンスは最高です。奇をてらわず、かといって安きに流れず。量も丁度よかったです。お部屋は離れ露天風呂付、広々して癒されました。冷蔵庫内のお茶やジュース、それから、サロン用ヘアアイロン！も付いてます！本当によい時を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

      “お部屋の風呂”

      車椅子利用者と一緒にユニバーサルルームに宿泊しました。お部屋の入口とトイレはバリアフリーでしたが、部屋風呂は５０ｃｍ位の段差があり、中はバスタブのみで洗い場がありませんでした。露天風呂にも洗い場がないため、結局体を洗うことができませんでした。それ以外すべて大満足だったので、とても残念でした。

      “少健康な方には満足”

      お食事はとても美味しく、サービスも良く、海がすぐそこに見える立地もとても満足できました。 ただ一つ思ったのは、お部屋から大浴場に行く距離が長く、歩きます。また、食事のために行くレストランでも、奥に案内されるので、歩きます。そして途中外気に触れます。足や腰に不具合ある人や高齢者は、ちょっとタイヘンかもしれません。私はつえを使っていますが、移動距離が長かったので、途中で休憩がほしくなりました。 ヴィラのお部屋の人は、通路があって長いので、そのつもりで利用されるといいでしょう。普通に健康な方は全く問題ありません。
