The front desk service is excellent, and the rooms are relaxing and comfortable. The stores in the station building are easy to use. The internet is stable, and the fact that access points are set up in each room is a reassuring factor.

If you're not familiar with Japanese washer/dryer combos: Be wary of putting heavy clothing like jeans inside, they do not dry easily. No complaints about the hotel or staff though, my stay was fantastic =^)

Directly connects to Chiba train station. An alternative to stay while visiting Tokyo, just about 40 min train ride to Tokyo city and mid-way between Tokyo and Narita airport. Very convenient with enough choice of restaurants nearby.

“Wall, thin”
It was a very good location by the train station, but we had to have our room changed because we could hear the children's voices in the room next door. The staff was very helpful and responded immediately to my request.
