Baths:
The Sorayu bath is usable only by guests staying in the Sora Wing (SORA KAN), as well as guests staying in the Hoshi Wing (HOSHI KAN) Superior Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, Junior Suites, and Suites.
Meals:
- Terrace & Dining Sora is usable only by guests staying in the Sora Wing (SORA KAN).
- Wa Dining Hoshi is usable only by guests staying in the Hoshi Wing (HOSHI KAN).
- For guests staying in Niji Wing (NIJI KAN), please use Ceada Palace.
*There are plans where the meal venue is Ceada Palace even for guests staying in Sora Wing (SORA KAN) or Hoshi Wing (HOSHI KAN).

- There are no allergy-friendly meals or list of allergens.

We had 'Japanese/Western-style Room'. In general hotel is not new and needs re-fresh, it's huge, to big - you feel there as in 'factory'. Dinner was ok but nothing special, breakfast was better. There are many non-japanese people are working in the dinner-

“Exceptional”
Absolute gem of a place. Unfortunately didn't get to make the most of our rooms as we were late coming home from rugby match. We used pool following day.
