“客室の清掃”
新しいホテルとのことで宿泊しましたが、客室の清掃が行き届いていない。洗面は水垢、浴室の透明ガラスドアは水滴の跡がついていて汚れている。部屋の隅々は埃ありと清潔なく残念でした。

“幹線道路沿いの贅沢リゾート”
温泉の露天風呂付き客室、しかも新規オープン！に魅かれて予約。広々とした和洋室の目の前は海、大画面ＴＶは２台、冷蔵庫にはウェルカムフルーツ（メロンやマンゴー）も！客室風呂の手前にシャワー室があり利用しやすい作りでした。大浴場はインフィニティ風呂になっていて絶景を堪能できます。「雅」コース料理は地魚が最高、豊後牛ステーキもとろけるよう！連泊するとコース内容が変わり、２日目のビーフシチューや地鶏つみれ鍋も絶品でした。ビュッフェのデザートは甘さ控えめで、子供も大人も大喜び。スタッフの方々も親切で、私の忘れ物をすぐに見つけて下さいました。是非また利用したいです。
