The horse sashimi we bought while sightseeing to eat at night was a block, so we asked if we could have it cut, knowing it would be unreasonable, and they gladly cut it for us and put it on our plates. They were also quick to respond when my daughter got carsick on the way and vomited in the room.

Because the coronary disaster had settled down, there were many guests from outside of Oita Prefecture, and the overall number of guests was high. The inn's infection control measures were well taken, and the food was good, with gloves used sparingly. In the elevator, if you got on from the halfway floor, there was a limit to the number of people who could get on, and we often had to wait. As for the all-you-can-eat crab, the quality of the crab was good and we were satisfied. The view from the rooftop outdoor bath was great. I was healed. I wish Wi-Fi was available in our room.

The hotel is pretty old and tired. The food is good but there is no WiFi in the rooms and what they have in the reception barely works. A pleasant Onsen but rundown rooms. Well positioned for Oita airport bus.
