“心地よい時間を過ごせました。”
勤続２０周年のリフレッシュ休暇を使い福岡に勤務の息子と合流の上別府を楽しむ予定でした。急に長女と次男が合流に柔軟に対応いただきました。かねてから従業員の皆さんが温かい対応…との口コミは見ていましたが、その通りのおもてなしにも感謝申し上げます。また、夕食、朝食ともにとても満足でした。地獄めぐりにも絶好のロケーションでした。

“あったかい宿”
とにかく、親切であったかい。別府駅まで迎えに来てくれたのですが、宿まで別府についてお話いただきました。到着して宿の方も、色んなことに答えてくれてよかったです。温泉はもちろんＧＯＯＤです！一人旅初日、最高の思い出ができました。

“はじめての別府”
鉄輪温泉のど真ん中で、地獄めぐりに最適。温泉大浴場に小さいタオルがあって使い放題、スリッパの洗濯ばさみなど細かい気づかいに感激です。外国人スタッフがいましたが分かりやすく、流ちょうな日本語で大変好感が持てました。基本となる温泉大浴場、夕朝食の良さは評判どおりでした。
