All the staff was well trained and made me feel good from the moment I checked in. When I told them I was here for the first time, they gave me a detailed explanation of the hotel. ←I know it's obvious, but hotels these days are not able to do that lol.

２０２６年５月２９日に一泊二日で、家族４人でお世話になりました。 タイトルの通り、建物は古いですが、しっかり清掃が行き届いていています。ロビーから見えるチャペル前の広場もとても綺麗にされておりました。食事に関しては、バイキング形式での提供でしたが、個人的には質、量ともに満足でした。大浴場も息子と入りましたが、特に不満に思うところもなく気持ちよく汗を流せました。また、ホテルから城島高原パークへの入場の際には城島高原パークの「南門」まですぐですので、城島高原パークで遊園地を楽しみたい方には、お勧めいたします。閉園時間の１８時ぎりぎりまで楽しませていただきました。次回、訪問する機会があれば、また宿泊させていただきたいと思います。

天井が高くて広い大浴場とジャグジーバス、露天にはツボ風呂。平日のせいかほぼ貸し切り状態で利用。顔のしわも伸びて消えるような温泉効果？も感じながらの長湯でした。夕食は温かいはずの中華料理がぬるく残念な味になっていましたが、朝食の卵焼きやサツマイモはお代わりするほどおいしかった。部屋の空調設備は全館共通の暖房のみでした。稼働音がうるさく就寝時にはオフにするしかありませんでした。

遊園地が隣接しており、宿泊者は駐車場代無料です。遊園地は、再入場できるので疲れたら先にチェックインすることも可能です。 朝食・夕食ともバイキングで、夕食時にはキッズコーナーもあり、小さいお子様にも嬉しいです。館内のお風呂の近くにも子どもを遊ばせる場所があり、小さなお子様連れにも優しい施設です。オススメです☆

パークに行く予定だったので、入場チケットつきのプランを利用しました。 家族連れで二食つきでしたが、とてもお得に利用できて良かったです。 ただ、お部屋は古さが否めなかった。 消臭剤とかが備えてありましたが、 気になりました。 お風呂は部屋にもありましたが、大浴場を利用しました。ソープなどの備品が色々あり良かったです。 フェイスタオルだけでもお風呂にあると 利用しやすいと感じました 夕食はバイキングでしたが、品数も多く とても満足しました 朝食もバイキングでしたが、給仕の人も少なく 種類も少なく感じました。 翌日も駐車場など利点がありパーク利用には 最適かなと思います

お部屋を和洋室に変更していただき本当に有り難うございました。 広さ、眺望、清潔さ等々、家内が感動していました。 夕食、朝食ともにバイキングでしたが、料理の質を感じました。 とっても美味しくいただきました。 また来年利用したいと思っています。

城島高原パークの敷地内で立地も良く なんといっても従業員の方の心配りが心地好いホテルでした。建物事態は古いのですが よく掃除されてて清潔でした。機会があれば又宿泊したいです。

城島高原のホテル古いはずだが、メンテナンスされているようで、きれいにされています。 山から下りて服も手も汚れていたので、フロントでまづ手洗いをしたい、と言って中に入りましたが、出ると監視するかのようについて来られていました。 よく言えば慇懃無礼、悪く言えば大変感じ悪い。 部屋へ案内の若い男性が愛想良かったので救われましたが・・・。 風呂は露天風呂もあり良かった。

飲み放題のカラオケ付プランだったのですが、料理も美味しくて、家族でゆっくりできたのでとても満足です。（＾＾） 今度は遊園地も行ってみたいです。ありがとうございました。

子供がいつも遊園地で楽しみたいというので今回も当ホテルを利用させて頂きました。隣接してるので思い切り遊んでも直ぐに温泉に入れるし、バイキングの食事も品数充分で満腹。館内はとても静かで宿泊した和洋室は家族４人では持て余す広さで快適でした。また次もお願いね！とせがまれてます。

家族の休みが揃ったタイミングで、温泉、遊園地、食事で 選びました。 すべて、家族ともに満足でした。 カニをたくさん食べた息子は、特に満足してました。

和洋室に３人で泊まりましたが、広さは文句無しに合格。室内設備は新しさは感じませんでしたが、薄汚れた雰囲気でも無く、ゆったり出来ました。スタッフの方の対応・愛想は私的には合格。特に食堂の方は全員良かった。料理は味の好みもあるだろうが、食べてみたい物が少ないかなーと言ったレベル。遊園地の隣にあるこの金額なら再度行きたいというレベルです。子供は料理以外満足した旅行でした。

“If you use the amusement park, be sure to visit!”
My family and I used this hotel. The hotel offers a special discount for hotel guests, which includes an admission ticket and a free ride pass for 2,000 yen per person. There are no convenience stores nearby because it is located in the mountains. There are plenty of parking lots. The quality of the hot spring water is very good, and it makes your body warm and fluffy. There are also amenities for children. The rooms are Japanese/Western style and are spacious enough. It was a little confusing to navigate the hotel, as there was a mezzanine floor, but once you get used to it you will be fine. The staff was very helpful and made our trip enjoyable.
