I was moved to tears by the sincerity of the staff here, which was unprecedented. It was a wonderful memory that I will never forget among the hotels in Oita Prefecture. I sincerely look forward to seeing you again someday. Thanks to the wonderful staff, the hotel was able to provide a number of detailed innovations that are not found in other hotels.

The facilities and rooms were old, but they were well cleaned and I was satisfied. We had a baby with us, but there were baby cots, baby chairs, etc. in the breakfast room, and the staff was very kind and helpful. The dinner room also had baby chairs and coloring books for babies, but I felt that the volume of the Japanese kaiseki meals was not large enough. I think men would not be satisfied. I also disliked the fact that the food kept being brought to the table, and the nabe dishes were cooked quickly and seemed to be rushed through. I guess they wanted to open the table as soon as possible, but I would like them to let us eat slowly at least during the meal during the trip.

I took my elementary school students and toddler .... We used the night pool. The lighting was colorful and dark, and the mood was mature, but most of the users were children. I stood by the pool and watched, but I was concerned about the lighting, which was so dark that I could not make out the children's faces unless I was very close to them. The staff was there but I wanted to keep an eye on my children. I thought it could have been a little brighter.... Breakfast was a buffet with a variety of items and they seemed to take care of hygiene. It was delicious.

I was able to get a weekday off by using a coupon only available in the prefecture, so I went to this restaurant just to have a bite to eat. I personally liked the Chinese stir-fry with green pepper, and ordered it again. Next time, I would like to try the Japanese meal plan.

“Poor response, low level.”
Breakfast buffet If you go at the reserved time, you can't get in. Customers have to find their own seats. We are full right now. When I told him that it was my reservation time, he replied, "Yes, but the guest in front of me didn't get out..." The hotel's management was to blame, but they shifted the blame to us. The person was handing out candy to people who had finished their meal and were leaving. No need to put so much effort into it. There was a long line of people waiting to get their meals even after entering the venue. The female staff gave up dealing with it. Not enough white rice (sweat) All disappointing. The staff was very rude and rude to us, and the staff was very rude and rude to us. There was a long line at check-out. There were people who could not get off the elevator because of the long line. I know it's tough with the coronation, but it's a clear misdirection.
